In 2013, we started our journey for having our costumers taste real souffle under the brand of "Istanbul Souffle”. Since 2016; our journey is continuing under the name of "Chef’s Cake” with new products.

We take the most care on food safety when we are producing high quality cakes with our productive, qualified and helpful personel in hygenic conditions.
Following food safety rules is the most important task for us in every steps of production starting from raw material to final product.

Responding occupational health and safety, Turkish Food Codex and other legislations’ require- ments and consumer expactations compose production policy of Chef’s Cake. Our products are produced according to Turkish Food Codex under the control of food engineers. Cakes are shocked at -40°C and kept -18°C and are transported with-18°C refrigirated vehicles obeying frozen chain rules .

OUR VISION is to make homemade tasting products in serial manifucturing skills by using the latest technology in need of our retailer partners and to bring these products to costumers starting from our country to worldwide.


OUR MISSION is to make high quality products and to bring them to foreign and domestic food chains, cafe’s, hotels and restorants.
